Claudia Leiva

Claudia has been a member of the Firm’s Patent Department for more than eight years, serving as a Paralegal specialized in the administration and management of matters related to patents, utility models, and industrial designs, both nationally and internationally.

Her work includes the preparation and filing of new applications, monitoring prosecution deadlines and official proceedings, handling administrative actions and requirements issued by patent offices, as well as managing annuity payments and other formalities necessary to maintain intellectual property rights in force.

She is also involved in the review and organization of documentation relating to priority claims, assignments, transfers of rights, and changes in ownership, while coordinating procedures with foreign associates and official authorities.
