With extensive experience in the Intellectual Property field, she has been working in the firm’s Trademark Department for over 5 years, providing comprehensive trademark counseling and management.

Her work includes the coordination and administrative processing of new applications, the tracking of files and deadlines, the filing and monitoring of third-party oppositions, trademark renewals, and the filing of mid-term declarations of use, as well as tracking the registration process until final registration. Additionally, she handles the translation, review, and verification of documentation related to priorities, assignments of priority rights, transfers of rights, and changes of corporate name.

Key responsibilities include supervising, translating, and cross-checking priority documents; maintaining contact and follow-up with foreign correspondents and official agencies; and comprehensively monitoring each procedure until grant or registration, ensuring efficient and precise management at every stage of the process.
