Juan Pablo is a member of the Firm’s Trademark Department, serving as a Paralegal specialized in the management and administration of trademark matters at the national level.
His work includes the preparation and filing of trademark applications, renewals, oppositions, assignments, and changes of ownership, as well as the monitoring of administrative proceedings before the relevant authorities.
He is also involved in the preparation of reports regarding new filings, publications, oppositions, and registrations, as well as the management and safekeeping of registration certificates issued by trademark offices.
Among his responsibilities are the monitoring of official trademark gazettes, the review and follow-up of notifications received from associates and official authorities, the supervision of deadlines and pending actions, and the comprehensive monitoring of each matter throughout the prosecution process.
